Unique Procedures

This is a list of the main unique procedures. They are either not performed at all or only to a rare extent at other workplaces in the country. These techniques cannot be replaced by conventional procedures and allow to reach a higher level of aesthetic correction.

Lipoabdominoplasty (Brazilian technique of abdominoplasty), use of Baroudi sutures in abdominoplasty, internal bra technique, lipomodelling of the face and breasts, lateral brow lift, redraping technique of correction of malar bags, arm and thigh augmentation (avulsion technique), augmentation gluteoplasty, platysmaplasty - pulling and remodelling of the neck muscle, MACS - lift, correction of the nose and nasal septum at the same time - use of cartilage grafts, structural open rhinoplasty

Combined Procedures

The combination of several aesthetic procedures in one has the advantage not only in financial savings, but above all in the possibility to undergo several procedures at the same time during one sick leave. The main rule of combining procedures is putting patient safety first. Pavel Kurial, M.D., performs these procedures in the facilities of the České Budějovice Hospital, Inc., which provides all the necessary complements for such procedures with the continuity of other medical disciplines. "For combined procedures, we preferably apply the so-called principle of tandem operations, in which two experienced plastic surgeons work simultaneously. This significantly reduces the operating time and thus also the time of the general anaesthesia, furthermore significantly reducing the risks associated with a longer operation."
